Meet Mathieu Cormier

Life can be overwhelming. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, relationship struggles, or the weight of change, I want to help you make sense of your experience and find a way forward. I believe therapy is most meaningful when it looks at the whole person. That means paying attention not only to your inner world, but also to the connections, circumstances, and histories that give context to your experiences. I welcome adults and teens from all backgrounds and identities, creating a supportive and collaborative space where you feel heard, respected, and empowered. I also have a strong understanding of ADHD and neurodivergence.

My approach leans both on evidence-based practices and on meaningful conversations that explore not just your immediate challenges, but also the bigger picture: the stories you carry about yourself, the influences of family and relationships, your physical and emotional well-being, and the environments that shape your daily life.

What draws me most to this work is the privilege of witnessing people uncover strength and clarity in the midst of struggle. I value curiosity, openness, and even moments of lightness in the therapy room, because growth often happens when we can approach ourselves with both honesty and compassion. Clients often tell me they appreciate my balance of practical tools with space for deeper reflection—an approach that helps them feel both supported in the present and equipped for lasting change.
