I have a particular interest in supporting clients navigating anxiety, relationship dynamics, and ADHD or executive functioning challenges. Many of the people I work with are capable and thoughtful, yet privately overwhelmed. Therapy becomes a place to untangle that overwhelm and build tools that fit how your mind actually works.
I practice in both English and French and welcome clients of all backgrounds and identities, and I aim to create a space that feels grounded, respectful, and genuinely collaborative.
