GROUP THERAPY & WORKSHOPS

Collaborative spaces for movement, creativity, and shared experiences

While individual therapy offers a deep dive into your personal narrative, group work offers something different: the reminder that you aren’t navigating the trail alone. I am currently developing a series of experiential groups and workshops for the Fredericton community.

The Active Mind
(ADHD + Movement)

A group designed for neurodivergent adults. We bypass the fluorescent lights of a traditional office and take to the local trails, combining physical activity with facilitated discussions on navigating a world that isn't always designed for how we experience life.

The Creative Echo
(Music & Writing)

For those who find solace in rhythm and words. These workshops use songwriting, journaling, and collective music-making to process identity and emotion in a safe, non-judgmental space.

Connected Fathers
(Fathers of young children)

A place for dads to share experiences, build connection, and find steadiness in the everyday realities of fatherhood.

All groups listed here will be offered based on interest. If one of them seems interesting to you, let me know! Once a group is full and ready to go, I will contact you with more information. If you would just like more information, feel free to contact me with any questions.
